LOLA Production is a full-service creative production company specializing in the fashion, lifestyle, beauty and luxury industries. Based in New York, Los Angeles, Paris and Stockholm, we are now seeking a full time Office and Production Assistant to join our Stockholm team.
The Job
This role will be divided between production and office administrative support, allowing the candidate to gain experience in all elements of production while developing an understanding of business administration and such. This is a full time position at the LOLA Stockholm office. Note that this is an entry level position.
Production
Support the production team with production tasks as needed, tasks will include but not be limited to researching locations, maintaining shoot related documents and purchasing supplies ahead of each shoot etc
Maintain and organize the production kit, suggest improvements to always keep the kit relevant and up to date
Track releases of shoots to ensure that print and digital work is obtained, organized and prepared for sharing
Be on set as a Production Assistant for shoots as needed
Office and administration
Maintain the appearance of the office and storage, making sure it is neat, tidy and fully functional
Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies as needed
Assist with various administrative tasks, such as document archiving and keeping the Google Workspace organized
Support with credit card reports and other basic billing tasks
Keep memberships, subscriptions up to date and correctly updated
Book deliveries, messengers and run errands as needed
Handle social media, website updates, newsletters and image archiving etc
Short form video editing
Sales Presentations etc.
The ideal candidateTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a fast learner, detail-oriented, attentive, willing to assume any task, no matter how large or small and be able to work in fast paced environments.
Requirements
Must be proficient in English, verbal and written
Must be based in Stockholm
Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative SuiteStart date

About LOLALOLA Production is a full-service creative production company specializing in the fashion, lifestyle, beauty and luxury industries. Based in New York, Los Angeles, Paris and Stockholm, we are now seeking an experienced full time Production Manager to join our Stockholm team.
ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Producer in executing each step of the production process, from estimates and location research to post production and wrapping.
Support producers in budget management
Create and maintain all production documents including but not limited to call sheets, itineraries, shoot schedules etc.
Manage location process, including scouting, file pulls, clearances and permits.
Negotiate rates and usage rights for artists, talents and studios etc.
Hold and keep track of options of artists, studios, locations, crew, vehicles etc.
Delegate duties to Coordinators and Production Assistants as needed
On set management of all production crew, kits, location supplies and assist Producer with all logistics
The Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate has prior experience with a production company, preferable within the fashion industry, is interested in photography and fashion, and is passionate about the business. Must be a ‘doer’ with strong problem-solving skills, a positive ‘can do’ approach and the capacity to execute and follow-through. Highly adaptable, curious and collaborative.Requirements
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Must be fluent in English, verbal and written
Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong project management and negotiation skills
Working knowledge of local production vendors and industry personnel
Willingness to travel for projects
